You have the option to delete and resubmit the 941 forms if it's not yet transmitted. Below are the steps on how to do it:

If you can't see a Delete button, you'll need to prepare a corrected or amended filing. While QBO Payroll doesn't support amended or corrected forms, you'll have to manually process them and send them to the IRS.
