Join nowI am doing my quarterly Form 941 report. I go the the Employee Center: Payroll Center and expect to see the forms all there that I can click on. But the File Forms page is blank. I can see all the previously filed forms listed below but nothing in the File Forms. How do I get it to populate? In Quickbooks 2019 the File Forms page always comes up blank. The form 941 should be there automatically. We never had problems in Quickbooks 2016.
Eventually it does populate. I closed it and opened it again and all of a sudden they are there! Why are they not there the first time I open the page?

I just tried to open Form 941 again. It opened fine. It only seems to give me trouble after 3 month when I need to view the next quarterly form. I just have to remember to open it and close it a couple times to get it to populate.
If you've switched to manual payroll (no service fee) then you no longer have access to create new payroll forms from within QB.
