A support rep just gave me bad advice and accidentally had me send an 18k refund to a client, then she panicked and hungup. now i cant reach qb. how do i get supervisor??

after the first customer support rep made a huge mistake, she panicked, said she was sorry, then hung up. i keep trying to call and the customer support ppl dont seem to get it, and they tell me a supervisor will call me but no one has. its been many hours and i cant reach anyone about them issuing at 18000$ refund... this is insanely poor customer support. How do i reach an actual manager or someone who knows what they're doing and isnt at a foreign call center!?!?!?!

hi, this reply is different that the reply i saw you first provide, so it looks like maybe you changed your reply, but to speak to both of them - and particularly your first reply where you suggest i try calling customer support back - of course i tried calling back (for 2.5 hours straight). it was disconnected a couple times. when i finally got someone they were not seeming to understand what i was saying, so i asked to speak to a supervisor, and they told me the supervisor was on a call with someone else, but they'd call me back as soon as they got off the call. needless to say, they never called.

 

perhaps you realized that, since it looks like you've changed your response.

i still havent had anyone reach out to me or been able to reach support... this is so unacceptable.
