adding payroll history in online

I cannot find where to add my employees previous payroll history.  I have watched the videos and my setup does not ask me to enter the prior history.

Let me help you enter the payroll history, Scummings4397.

 

You can enter historical information if no paychecks created for the employee(s) yet. If there are checks already, you'll have to reach out to our customer care support. An agent will add the information for you.

 

If you haven't created anything yet, you may be experiencing some browser hiccups. That can be the reason why you're unable to find the option. We'll perform the basic steps to fix your issue. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to identify web issues. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can enter the payroll history successfully using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh our program.

 

Using a different browser can also help us narrow down the issue.
