There are common reasons your employees may not receive their direct deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Possible causes include:
Firstly, check if your employee's bank account or routing number was entered incorrectly.
It's also important to consider potential ongoing maintenance issues with the employee's bank or routing number.
Also, direct deposits are only processed on business days and will not go through on weekends or holidays.
On top of that, payroll submitted after the 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) cutoff will be processed on the next banking day.
