Here's how:

 

  1. Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Go to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Pick the topic you need help with or tap on Ask about something else, then type in your concern.
  5. Click on Continue.
  6. Decide how you would like to connect with our support.

 

In the meantime, you can manually add your trips.

Yep, same here.  Auto mileage tracking stopped after October 3, 2024.  Still doesn't work.

  6. If a prompt appears about Background and Location use, choose Always Allow.

 

After ensuring your device's location is enabled and your mileage isn't tracking, kindly check if you're connected to a hotspot while driving, as this can interfere with trip recording.
