If your company is based in Australia, you'll need a bank account there too.
Intuit offers QuickBooks Online International for non-US based companies.
If you’ve already purchased QBO US, I’d suggest canceling the subscription and sign up for QuickBooks Online International for Australlia.

then you may open a Wise USD business account to accept payments and pay your local expenses in US, then run the bank feeds in required. You can also open a Wise AUD business account and convert the balances easily.
