All of our current employees payroll shows up in a specific line item.
I would like our new employee Richard Skanse to be associated with "6405 Salaries - Talent Curator"

I'll share some information about adding a line item. To confirm, are you trying to add an employee's pay type? If so, you'll want to update your new employee's profile to do it. Let me guide you how.

That did not seem to answer my question. I would like my employees pay to be logged on a line item titled
"6405 Salaries - Talent Curator"

From my understanding, you'll want to associate Richard's pay to your 6405 Salaries - Talent Curator account. I'll guide you through the steps.
To do this, we'll have to edit your payroll preference and assign the said account to Richard. Here's how:
