The Payroll Tax Setup page needs to be completed in order to view the tax forms, tracywulfers.
Do you need to file a 941 form for this old employee? If so, you'd have to complete his/her payroll details so you can get past that screen. If the employee is no longer affiliated with your business, you can change their employment status or delete their profile.
Here's how:
- Click Workers on the left panel, and then select Employees.
- Click the employee's name.
- Click the Pencil icon beside the Employment section.
- To change the status, choose from drop-down below the Status section.
- Click Delete employee at the bottom if you want to delete the profile.
- Click Done.
If you've done these steps and got the same result, it's probably caused by your browser's cache. The cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history to help your browser quickly load the pages. However, too many files may affect the browsing performance and may require you to clear it out.
We can start by using an Incognito window in accessing your 941 form. If you're able to complete the Payroll Setup there, go back to your previous browser and clear the cache. You can also switch to another browser to do this task.
