Can i change the account that payroll is issued from after it is processed

Let me provide some insights about changing the account for payroll in QuickBooks Online, @wp38.

The option to change paychecks directly to another bank account is unavailable. In this case, we can enter the payroll checks manually as journal entries so you can utilize them to reconcile the account.

You can either merge all of the employees' paycheck totals into one journal entry or create a separate transaction for each employee. To make sure the amounts are correct, you can access a payroll report for reference.  

Here's how: 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the  + New.
3. Click Journal Entry.
4. Under the Journal date, enter the paycheck date.
