If you'd like to change your payroll bank account, then I've got you covered, cpaderick-apxtra.

To start, we'll have to delete the transactions, then recreate them using the correct bank account. This helps us prevent messing up your books. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and then click on Employees.
  2. Click Paycheck List under Run Payroll,Capture.PNG
  3. Change the date range if necessary by clicking Filter.
  4. Select the paychecks you want to delete.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column, then choose Delete.Capture1.PNG
  6. Hit Delete on the prompt message that this can be undone.

Once done, make sure to update the bank account before recreating the paycheck. Here's our Change Your Payroll Bank Account article for more details.

In case you're using Direct Deposit, check out this article to get the list of details that can be edited in a processed and unprocessed paycheck: Change An Employee Paycheck.

Additionally, I'd recommend running payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. This helps you view useful information about your business and employees.

Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in changing your payroll bank account. I'm determined to get this resolved. Have a good one.
