For now, you can look for any third-party payment services that integrate with QuickBooks to reimburse them using ACH or Direct Deposit.

- On your QuickBooks Online account, navigate to the Apps menu from the left navigation panel.
- Go to the Find apps tab.
- Enter a keyword in the Search field.
- Choose an app.
- Review the features, then click Get app now.
Alternatively, you can issue a check within QuickBooks and manually compensate your employees outside the program.
