You can follow the simple steps below:
- Go to the Turbotax website.
- Click the Sign in, then enter the necessary information.
- Once done, select Discuss from the top bar menu.
- Select a topic, or enter a keyword.
- Select a subtopic, then click the Ask a Question button.
- Enter the subject and message, then choose the appropriate product, edition, and platform.
- Click Post to complete the process.
