Yes, you can, @Amanda180.

In QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), once you process or run payroll, you have the option to print payroll checks at any time.

To print, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. In the left menu, click Payroll.
  2. Go to the Employees tab.
  3. Click the Paycheck list link under Run payroll.
  4. Select the paychecks you want to print. Change the date range if necessary.
  5. Click the Print button.
  6. A PDF will open, then click the printer icon.

For more details, check out this article: Print paychecks in QuickBooks Online Payroll and Intuit Online Payroll.

In case you'd want to run payroll reports in the future, take a look at this link: Run payroll reports.

If you have any questions or need additional clarifications about payroll, let me know. I’m here to help. Have a good one!
