Can our 1099s be in our DBA name and tax ID vs our tax id for income tax purposes

The correct format for a sole proprietor is

 

John Doe

d/b/a Some business

123 some street

city, st, zip

 

Partnership, or corporation uses the company name and address (no d/b/a)

 

your company tax id is always used
