Print alignment issues in QBO are sometimes associated with web browser settings, causing your printer not to print your 1099 forms correctly. To resolve this, I recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. When none of the browsers fix the printing problem, you can work with your IT expert and perform these troubleshooting steps.

Once you were able to download the PDF, right click the PDF and select Open with and choose Adobe from the dropdown list. Then, try printing your 1099s again.
