I'll help change the font size on your screen, @rlindgren74.
The default font size used by QuickBooks depends on the zoom display of the browser you're using. You can manually zoom in and zoom out the display screen to either increase or decrease the font size. To increase it, you can hold the Ctrl key and press the Plus sign (+) on your keyboard simultaneously. To decrease it, go back to your keyboard and press Ctrl and the Minus sign (-).
Just in case you want to change the font size of your sales form templates, feel free to read this article for more guidance: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Thanks for dropping by.
The question of changing the font in size is not the question. Can the color of the font be changed so a better view the content. The light gray font is hard to view. Can it be changed to black?
I can see the benefit of being able to update the font color of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) platform, @rlindgren74. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.
For the time being, the QBO screen is limited to the light gray font you see now. However, you may integrate a computer or browser plug-in that'll let you manage your internet graphics and change both the font size and color of the QuickBooks system.
In the meantime, I'd recommend submitting product feedback. This will help our developers improve your experience with QBO. To do this, Just go to the Gear icon, then select the Feedback option. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing your business's growth using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about data and security, banking, and expenses, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.
Let me know if you have other concerns about the QBO platform's fonts and display. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
