Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plans are currently not supported in QBO Payroll. I recommend submitting feedback so our engineers can consider adding this option in future updates. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
For your second question, we also can't provide a workaround because plans usually affect your payroll taxes, and workarounds or manual tracking can cause incorrect calculations of taxes.
