Please note that when you create paychecks, these pay types will appear in the menu. All you need to do is select them.

Since it's already processed, you’ll need to reach out to our Payroll support team to correct the payroll category. They have tools that can help modify the entry to ensure it is classified accordingly in the system. Here are the steps to contact them:
