Can you please suggest "How to change the answer to the initial question - Have you paid your employees this 2024??"

I've got some information about changing some answers in your payroll set up in QuickBooks, astoriaventures2.

When setting up payroll in QuickBooks, the option to go back once you've selected an answer is unavailable. If you answered Yes to the question "Have you paid your employees this 2024?" when you haven't, you can input a dummy amount to proceed with running payroll. After that, you can contact our live support team for assistance with correcting the payroll.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Next, click Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic to connect with the right expert or choose to ask about something else to enter a brief description of your concern. Then, press Continue.
  4. Lastly, pick either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

On the other hand, if you answered No to the question, you can run payroll immediately after setting it up.
