I'm here to help you create a backup in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) successfully.
Once done verifying and rebuilding the data in QBDT, you may need to delete the duplicate transactions detected. After deleting the duplicate transactions, you can start creating a backup again.

- Go to: https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=16.
- Click on select the product you are using under Contact Us.
- Select your Payroll Service.
- Select Payroll.
- Click on View Contact Info.
