Certified Payroll/Enable Macros

Every week, I need to run certified payroll reports for various projects.  Every time, I first get the screen where I have to enable macros.  They questions for Intuit would be WHY?  The question for the community is "Has anyone found a way to not have to do this each and every time, many, many times, over and over and over again?" (I'm guessing you can sense my frustration by now!)

Please tell me I'm just being dense and missing something obvious.  Thank you!

Certified Payroll/Enable Macros

Seems like a minor thing, really.

You should be able to avoid the message by trusting the digital signature the workbook template is signed with:

- To start, hover over the words "Macros have been disabled" and they'll change to look like a hyperlink.

- Click the link, then click Enable Content, then Advanced Options, then Trust all documents from this publisher, and finally, click OK.

It was not a MINOR inconvenience at all so thank you for giving me the exact steps to make it stop!

I had played around with the macro setting in the trust center previously with no luck.

The security box does not appear so I don't know how to enable macros. See my pic (hard to see but it's not there). Alternative??
