I'm getting the following error message when I try to open the updated certified payroll report (with Journeyworker/Apprentice).

 

Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications: Compile error in hidden module:  cpIntervies. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application. I made sure I have the latest version of Excel and Quickbooks payroll.

Since you're encountering a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications error while trying to open your Certified Payroll report in Journeyworker and Apprentice, I'd recommend getting in touch with their support team. They'll be able to help you look further into why the error's being displayed.
