Hello, jcq-brssr29.
The question in the employees' profile for payment method is now updated to How would you like to pay [employee name]?. I'll show you where to set this information so you can keep their account updated and run payroll accordingly.
The Payment method is now a separate section in the employee's profile. To change it from direct deposit to paper check, you'll have to go to the Profile tab and scroll down to the said section. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
- Select your employee.
- In the Profile tab, scroll down to the Payment method section.
- From the Payment method, select Start or Edit.

- In the Select payment method window, select Paper check to answer the How would you like to pay [employee name]? question.
- Click Save.
