I need to change the Master Admin for one of our clients because the person currently listed as Master left the company. Chat support said I have to send them the Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement because it is an LLC. Assuming my client would have AND agree to provide those documents, QuickBooks has to secure way to get the documents to them. They want me to reply to an email they sent with those documents. This doesn't make any sense to me or my client. Is there some other way to get the Master Admin changed in QuickBooks Time?

You can not require people to turn in documents and refuse to give them a secure way to do so while citing the "security of their account." That isn't security. All you are accomplishing is great frustration and people looking for other options for time keeping.
We are having the same issue since the 29th of August. Thats whwn We provided the details requested. Have been calling multiple times. On hold at the moment. This is ridiculous! We are paying for this service! If it takes you more than a month just to change this, how are we supposed to trust your systems when we become bigger!!??
