Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Community. I can share information about what will happen to paychecks after switching from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When converting to QBO, some payroll info doesn’t transfer because QBDT has more payroll features. The paychecks will transfer as regular checks. Also, QBO imports the current year's paycheck information as lump sums.
Please note that this option is not available if you already created a paycheck or run payroll in QBO. If this is the case, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and help enter those paychecks as well as fix the ones that are showing as deleted.

In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with.
Tick Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.

We may need to just contact support then. We had a ton of issues getting switched over and still haven't completed the full conversion. Hopefully completing set up will fix some of these issues. Thank you!!!!
