Buy nowI'm posting as an IT tech investigating for my client who's a cpa.
They're running QB Premier Accountant 2024 and in the Reports -> Employees and Payroll there is supposed to be an option "Client-Ready Payroll Reports". This option is missing on two devices and while there are posts on this forum saying how that option might not WORK, there's nothing on why the option would be missing entirely.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Client-Ready Payroll Reports are only available when the active payroll subscription is the Enhanced Payroll for Accountants variety.

Nothing you suggested has anything to do with the case nor will it fix it. Everything you suggested is just a waste of time. Why do I know this when you don't?
I think that you should first learn how QuickBooks works and then answer questions.
I'm not accountant so I only use quickbooks myself in a limited manner.
One of their employees accessing a particular company file DOES have this option when interfacing with the file, two others do not. Is this subscription connected to intuit user accounts?
Thank you for your response btw.
