The new bank should be ready to use after verifying it. Although, there are times that it may remain inactive or waiting for approval due to one of the following situations:
- You entered an invalid bank account.
- We weren't able to initiate the test transaction because your bank account had a zero balance.
- You entered an incorrect test transaction amount.
If you entered the correct account or test transaction, a possible browser issue might have caused the status to go back to waiting for approval. Let's use a different compatible browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge) or use these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito or private browsing session:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge
Once done, log back in and enter the test transaction and check if the status will remain active. Then, proceed to creating your paychecks once everything is working as normal.
