Welcome aboard in the Online Community, tauzerapiaries.

Thank you for considering us for your business. Let me provide some information about the type of payroll reporting that QBO supports.

Currently, we only support processing the 941 forms and taxes. In QuickBooks Online, you can use one EIN per subscription and business type.

You may also want to consider using the desktop version since it allows you to process the 943 form. Since you’re using the same EIN for the 941 and 943 reporting, I suggest reaching out to the IRS first to see which forms and taxes you’ll need to process.

That way, we can properly set them up in QuickBooks. Feel free to visit this link for more information about QuickBooks Desktop Payroll https://payroll.intuit.com/desktop-payroll-enhanced/.

For future reference, I've added an article that provides an overview about the 943 form in QuickBooks Desktop.

Reach out to me directly if you have additional questions about the payroll features. I'll be glad to keep helping. Have a great day ahead.

Hello, I'd like to follow up for confirmation - we are also a 941 and 943 employer reporting under the same EIN. Can I confirm that filing BOTH forms for the same EIN is supported in the desktop full service payroll? I'm clear on the forms I need, since I already do this manually. I just need to make sure I can do this in full service payroll. Thanks!!
