I have an employee that works for two companies that uses Quickbooks but only sees one paystub when she logs in. She tried to call Intuit and they told her I needed to call because they needed my license number.
When I called, they gave me a disconnected phone number for the employee to call. [Removed]. I called Intuit again and was told I'd get a link for the correct department. That is also defunct. How does this employee get ahold of someone that can actually help her?
