Did anyone not have their direct deposit go thru for their employees on 4/30/21?

I received a confirmation from Quick Books but no funds made it to our employees. We have been doing payroll for years and never had this happen

Same here, our company payroll shows as completed in QB but the bank doesn't show the withdrawal. I tried to get assistance but QB hasn't called me back yet. I checked Downdetector and Reddit and found that many other people are having the same problem today. Don't know when it will be resolved by QB.

Hi donna117 and payroll fees,

I know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time.

We've already made our engineers aware of this issue, and they're actively working to find the root cause. Please check our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.

The financial institution/bank has until 5 PM to deposit the funds into the employee's accounts, but we're also actively tracking the affected customers. Thay way, we can provide an accurate timeframe as soon as we get that information.

Please DO NOT cancel your payroll or create checks to avoid more issues.

Thank you for your patience.

What happens if 5 PM comes and goes and this is not resolved?

Hello, thejointmelbourne.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.

I'll be here if you still have follow-up questions. Keep safe!
