Did not get all of banking records

Hello there, stoney49. I'm here to share information about your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please note that the system downloads up to the last 90 days of transactions within the first 90 days. To download older transactions, you'll need to upload them manually into your account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Choose the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from the file.
  4. Select Drag and Drop or select Files, and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, hit Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, select Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, click Continue.
  7. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Tap Continue.
  8. Select Yes. Then, when you've accepted your transactions, hit Done.

Once your expense transactions have been downloaded, match and categorize them, and then reconcile your account so it always matches your monthly statements.

If you have any further questions about the bank feeds in QBO, feel free to reply below. We're here to assist you 24/7.
