I had the same issue. i think Quickbooks has an issue
Hello there, @pdelapaz and @ABSBilling.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
I'm just a few clicks away if there's anything else you need. I'll ensure you're all set. Wishing you all the best in everything that you do.
We recently asked our bank to block our account for fraud and it has been unblocked now. And everything is working perfectly except direct deposit. I cannot make a direct deposit in QB desktop - and do not want to write live checks every week. Please help our direct deposit to be linked up correctly - thank you.
Hi there, philip.
Thanks for joining this conversation. I'm here to help ensure this is taken care of for you.
Considering the details you've shared, it appears that your payroll account may be temporarily suspended in order to process a Direct Deposit (DD) due to your bank blocking your account. In this case, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. They possess specialized tools that can securely access your account and investigate the matter on your behalf.
Here's how to reach them:
To check for our Support hours, please refer to this article: Contact QuickBooks Desktop support.

I also recommend running the Payroll Summary report: This report provides a comprehensive overview of your payroll, including employee taxes and contributions, allowing you to track your payroll totals effectively. Refer to this article for future reference: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks.
Please let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'm always here to assist. Stay safe.
