The direct deposit feature is not supported in QuickBooks Self-Employed. If you're referring to the Pay Now button that is not working for your invoices, then we can do some troubleshooting steps
Here's how:
Open an incognito or private browser because this mode doesn't store cache. Then, log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Once logged in, check the Pay Now option.
If the option is working, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing them helps resolve any browser-related issues and refresh the browser's settings.
You can also open your account in a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari) as an alternate solution.
