Direct Deposit Payroll that didn't submit

My Payroll from over a week ago didn't submit. I'm guessing I didn't hit the submit to intuit button but know I don't know how to go back and get it? I feel terrible my employees were not paid and it's been over a week!

Direct Deposit Payroll that didn't submit

I'll make sure that your employees will receive their pay, 1225.

 

Since you already created the paychecks, we can go back to the Employees menu to send your payroll data. I'll show you how:
 

  1. Select Employees from the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Send Payroll Data.
  3. From the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, review the paychecks to be processed, taxes, and direct deposit amounts. in the Items to Send area.
  4. Click Send All, then enter your Payroll Service PIN and select OK.
  5. When the transmission is complete, you will return to the Send/Receive Data window.
  6. Under Items Received, you can select the View button to view important payroll messages or Confirmation Reports.
  7. Select Close to complete the process.

Please know that even if the paychecks are backdated, it will still take two banking days to process your payroll. After it has been sent, a confirmation of payroll receipt is available to view as a report in the Items Received window. 

 

You can also check the paychecks and payroll liability checks in your QuickBooks bank register. You'll see a green lightning bolt beside them once your payroll information was sent successfully.

 

In case you'll need to track where you're business stands in terms of employee expenses, we can run the payroll reports to view useful information about your business and employees.
