Direct deposit unable to send

My payroll will not send to intuit and no errors pop up, just acts like it is sending then nothin happens, ran qbdt updates, ran payroll update, moved file to local drive, tried to send payroll data on another file and it worked, so seems to be company file issue.

Ran verify data, found several errors so ran rebuild 2 times.

Ran file doctor for company file issues, deleted today's payroll, sent 0 pr but it didn't seem to be sending that either.

I was working with Tier 2 and Tier 3 level support, they had me do ctrl7/ctrlE to strip SK.

I requested a callback to further troubleshoot after 4 hours of working with T3 also no resolve.

I was told that the only options are to send data services my company file or delete all 1,400 paychecks that are stuck.

Has anyone had this problem, has anyone ever sent their company file to intuit for repair?

I appreciate you trying all the troubleshooting steps and contacting our support team to fix your issue with sending Payroll in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

I know you already spoke with Tier 2 and 3 and tried to resolve this. For now, I suggest contacting our support again. You have tried all the troubleshooting steps that possibly resolve this issue and are still not able to fix it. Our Customer care team has the tools to see the provided resolutions for this account. Thus, they can look for other steps to help you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
    • If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
  6. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
    • If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
  7. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

I appreciate you for chiming in on this thread, @RachelJM. Allow me to point you in the right direction to resolve your direct deposit issue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

For privacy reasons, we'll need to review your account discreetly to determine why you're unable to send your direct deposit paychecks. Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to pull up your account details here. That said, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team so they can obtain your company information and compare it with what's on the payroll server. To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.
