The 1099 tax form is provided by your employers. When they set up your contractor profile in their QuickBooks Online account, they'll have an option to email you to complete your profile.
Once you receive the invitation, you can log in in using your Intuit account and enter your personal information. Every time you update your details, it will sync to their QuickBooks Online account. You can share these articles to your employer, too:
When your employer submits the 1099 form, you'll receive an email on how to access it. I'd recommend reaching out to your employer to verify if they have already submitted the form. There's also a youtube video in the article that may help them complete the filing process.
