You can run the Payroll Details report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This report gives you detailed info on your employee's payroll. It'll show you overtime hours and wages per employee.
Here's how:
- Go to Business overview, select Reports, then select Standard.
- Scroll down to the Payroll section, look and click to generate Payroll Details.
- Set the date range.
- Click the Customize button to set the report to include Total and details.
- Make sure to select the check boxes for Gross Pay and Hours.
- Don't forget to click the Run report button to pull up the report.
You can also run the Total Pay report. It'll show you the total wages for the Overtime of your employees for the specific date range.
