Does anyone have problems with OT Calculating incorrectly? Employee worked 5.72 hours OT at a rate of $36.45. Should total $208.49 but QBO calculates it as $208.37????

I understand a little bit of rounding but $0.12 is strange.

Hello @userspowell,

Let me help share how your employee's overtime work is calculated in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

To start with, the amounts of your employee's OT hour worked varies depending on how you tracked them. It is calculated in two forms:

  • Special overtime situations
  • Blended overtime rate

In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about the formula and calculation: Calculating overtime based on two hourly rates.

On top of that, I've got you this helpful article for guidance in preparation for the 2020 tax season: QuickBooks Online Payroll Year-end Checklist.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
