Does anyone know why Quickbooks isn't deducting PFML taxes on cash TIPS?????

You can check your employee profile and cash tips if properly set up so we could find out the reason why your PFML taxes aren't calculated on cash tips.

Here's how:

1. Go to Workers from the left menu. 
2. In the Employees tab, select the employee's name. 
3. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon beside Pay. 
4. Mark check on the box of Cash Tips under in the Additional Pay section. 
5. In the withholding section, click Edit.
6. Verify the information Paid Family and Medical Leave Contribution Setup section. 
7. Click Done.

However, if you still get the same error, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. This way, they can help further investigate the issue and help recalculate the missing taxes. 

1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
2. At the top right, select your QuickBooks version.
3. Select a topic.
4. Click on the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.

You are 100% wrong.  It is set up correctly and Quickbooks has not set it up correctly.  Please don't post unless you know what you are talking about.  Sorry, but it's very frustrating that QB's isn't deducted Paid Family Medical Leave MANDATED tax deductions from Cash Tips.   

It's not in the setup!

It's possible that the amount on the paycheck is not enough to cover the taxes. We can check your account to see why the taxes are not deducting. To do that, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so we can check your account.
