It's nice to see you again here in the Community, @Chris1989.
I want to ensure that you'll be able to have accurate information on the DE9/DE9C form that you've submitted.
The data that will appear on the filed forms are based on the information that you've entered in QuickBooks Desktop. Just make sure that you've added the employee's SSN and the wage amount before filing the form.
In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your state agency to verify if you'll need to file an amendment straight to the site. This way, you can enter the SSN and the wage amount.
Here are some links that you can check out about the filing process in QuickBooks and on how to check its status:
I'll be around to provide further assistance if you have any other questions. Have a good one!
Please see attached screenshot.
All the employee info appeared properly in the DE9C form generated by Quickbooks.
However, they don't show up in the actual DE9C/ wage report received by EDD. It happened to all 14 clients we tried E-file so far.
We still have 50+ more clients that we need to file by the end of this month. Please let us know if this issue can be resolved soon. Otherwise, we will have to prepare manually entering all the employee data on the EDD website like before.
