Hi. I have contacted them. They have been no help and there is a department that is accessing my account for risk. The only thing the Leadership team at eBay could tell me is that it could have something to do with the account I get payouts on. Which is a Greendot account. If there is a problem with eBay and Greendot, QuickBooks and eBay have some things to work out. I am wondering if there is other QuickBooks users in the same boat as me. Or have been restricted in the past and can provide me some helpful information. As of now I am going to open another Biz checking today and plan to discontinue QuickBooks as soon as possible I can't even renew my subscription because of this problem.

Based on the details you state, it sounds like you're having trouble with a QB Cash account. If this is the case, you'll need to get in touch with them. Use the direct number on the back of the QB Cash card or contact our Payments team for further assistance.

Yes, I have the same problem with no resolution. After more than a month eBay is now telling me they no longer accept cash accounts (spending/money/prepaid accounts such as Green Dot) and that Chime is the only online spending account they will accept, which doesn’t offer business checking. They now require a physical financial institution for payouts to be sent to. I’m still waiting on eBay’s “Payment Specialist” to reply back to me because their back office is not responding to manual verification of my ID and statement from QuickBooks.
