Editing a paycheck before it is direct deposited.

In the Edit/Void Paychecks window, it shows the correct net amount. It also shows are being sent to Intuit. I did resubmit the payroll, which showed 1 modified paycheck, but it didn't show the addtional amount, which should be withdrawn from me to increase the employee's paycheck. How can I tell if I have done it correctly?

Editing a paycheck before it is direct deposited.

I'm glad to see you here in the Community, lyndsey.

To verify if the correct amount was sent to the system, you can go to the Send/Receive Data section and view the details.

Here's how:

  1. Click Employees at the top menu bar and choose to Send Payroll Data.
  2. Under Items Received, look for the edited paycheck you sent.
  3. Hit View.

If you're still not sure if you've done it correctly, you can get in touch with our Payroll Specialists. Agents have the necessary tools to look into the system and provide you the direct deposit details privately.
