I have some information that can help you in emailing your Form 5304 to your employees, @CRO1. I can guide you through the process of accomplishing this.

Although Form 5304 or the Simple IRA plan is available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), emailing this to your employee is currently unavailable. However, you can still send this information to your workers by emailing them outside the system.

Firstly, please obtain and download the form and ensure the details entered are accurate. Afterward, prepare and convert it into PDF file. This way, you can seamlessly distribute this information to your workers.

Once done, you can send it to them using your preferred email services. Just follow the steps below to complete the process.

Gmail

  1. Search for gmail.com in any browser.
  2. Go to Compose, then add the necessary information in the message box. Ensure that your receiver's email address is correct.
  3. Click the clip icon and add your form document.
  4. Once everything is ready, click Send.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook on your device.
  2. Go to Home, then New Email.
  3. Include the required details and ensure the recipient's email address is accurate.
  4. Head to Insert and select Attach file to include your document.
  5. Once done, click Send
