I am happy to help you today getting your employee into Workforce. Let's try a few things.
First, let's try to resend an invite to your employee. Here’s how:
QuickBooks Online Payroll
Go to Workers and select Employees.
Find the employee you need to resend the invitation to
In the Personal info section, choose Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
Pick Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.
Intuit Online Payroll
Locate Workers and click Employees.
Click the employee you need to resend the invitation to
In the Personal info section, click Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
Click Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.
Please note: If your employee has already have signed up for Workforce, or the email address used was linked to an old Workforce account this may be the issue. You can try to resend with an updated email as an option.
I’ll also have you perform some basic browser troubleshooting:
Let's open QuickBooks Workforce using an incognito or private browser to see if your employee can log in from there and view the paycheck. This mode will prevent browsing history from being stored.
Here's how to use a private browser:
For Google Chrome: Click Ctrl + Shift + N
For Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox : Click Ctrl + Shift + P
