Employee having problems viewing paystub with Workforce

We have just sent the invites for employees to view their paystubs, however one of my employees just told me she can't remember her login and password. She tried to do a reset but she does not know the answer to the security question. Is there a number she can call for help?

In the page for accessing Workforce, let them select the I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instruction.

 

Also, your employee can chat us, this is the link you can share to them: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/ViewMyPaycheck-Online-CHAT/15055/view.

 

Let them enter the details and especially the Company ID. Our Chat Care Team are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Where do I find the Company ID to give the employee?

Hi there, @jennatsynergy.

 

The Company ID is only available to QuickBooks Online (QBO) user and it's only optional. Just ensure your employee fills in the field with the star sign. See the image below for reference.

Once their done, let them click Submit. Then, future guidance, in case you need to print your employees' paycheck, you can check this article for the details: Print paychecks.
