Employee ID Number

Hello -

I received an email from Intuit that "employee number 8" will need a W-2c issued due to a problem with their SS withholding - and to tell that employee to delay filing their taxes until it is issued. I looked in our payroll and employee set-up and don't see employee numbers anywhere. Where can I find them?

If we send communication regarding payroll, we'll include the names of the employee. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team so that they can take a look at the email you received and make sure everything is all set. It's super easy to contact them and only takes a couple clicks. Check it out:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Click Help (?) at the top right.
Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
