I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team so that they can take a look at the email you received and make sure everything is all set. It's super easy to contact them and only takes a couple clicks. Check it out:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?) at the top right.
- Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
