Join nowI am an employee. I'm trying to access my workforce account and I'm seeing the message "We weren't able to show your payroll info refreshing your screen often fixes the problem"
I've refreshed my screen a lot and nothing has helped. I'm not an employer who can send links to myself to help resolve the issue like many of the comments above. And this is now several years later and this issue looks to be unresolved still.
All I'm trying to do is figure out how I can get online to clock in for work today. Is that a separate app altogether? And when I do need to access my paystub info online, what am I supposed to do?

I am getting this same issue. "We weren't able to show your payroll into. Refreshing your screen often fixes this problem" with a large red exclamation point above everything. This is extremely annoying as I just want to start filing my taxes
