In QuickBooks Online (QBO), before initiating payroll, an orange exclamation mark appears beside an employee's name if their information is missing details. This mark is accompanied by an indicator that specifies what is lacking, enabling you to easily identify and address any discrepancies for precise payroll computations.

Let's access your account using a private window to determine if this is a browser-related matter, as this prevents you from using cookies and recording any browsing history.
